We know online shopping can be tricky sometimes, and we want you to love what you’ve purchased from us! This is why, if you’re not happy with your product/s, you can return it to us within 7 days after receiving the product/s. This depends on whether the product/s are in original condition, tags intact, unused, original packaging and are accompanied with proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, if it is later than 7 days, we do not accept returns. Please note: We are under no obligation to refund due to a change of mind. Please note that a change of mind includes products that are of the wrong size or fit. Also, items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty Products

If your purchase is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s. We can only accept the product/s if they are in original condition, tags intact, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We will do our best to find a replacement product for you.

If this is not feasible, a full refund will be given, and you will be notified. Unfortunately, if it is later than 7 days, we may not offer a replacement or refund. Also, please note that if you wish to return any product purchased from Onshop, the cost of the return is not covered by us.

Kindly inform us if/when you make a return, and please ensure that the parcel reaches us within 7 days.
